Here I am embarking on the college experience. Unknown to rest of the world, I experienced today what I am going to call 'The Spirit of Excitement'. Yes, it's true, today I enjoyed the warm feeling of being a strapping young freshman looking forward towards the future.
Today three unforgettable events took place. The first, I wrote a check for $4,125 in order to lease an apartment for a friend and I to inhabit next year. The second, I was given a key to the house of the Fraternity with which I plan to take part in, which happened immediately before my first relatively sober (second overall) DJ performance.
I feel invincible. No one stopped me from being the dream today, and I don't know why they would or ought to tomorrow.
